JINPAT slip rings inject "rotational" vitality into welding equipment.

In automated welding workshops, sparks fly as robotic arms operate tirelessly. Whether it's a delicate robotic welding torch or a heavy-duty welding positioner, they all share a common core challenge: how to ensure that power and signals remain as stable and reliable as a fixed connection during high-speed rotation? This is precisely the question that JINPAT LPT series high-current slip rings aim to answer.

Key features of the LPT series slip rings:

Hollow shaft structure for convenient wiring:This slip ring features a hollow shaft design with a 50mm diameter through-hole in the center. This design provides ample space for hydraulic hoses, air hoses, encoder cables, and other wiring harnesses, resulting in cleaner and more flexible internal wiring and significantly simplifying the mechanical structure design.

Powerful current transmission for robust performance:The LPT series is optimized for high-power transmission. Its standard configuration provides four high-current loops with a capacity of up to 10A, ensuring a stable and reliable main power supply for welding. It also integrates 28 auxiliary power channels of 5A each, perfectly meeting the power requirements of peripheral devices such as cooling systems and servo drives.

Exceptional stability for continuous operation:Addressing the complex conditions of welding environments with large voltage fluctuations and strong electromagnetic interference, the LPT series slip rings utilize high-quality materials and precision manufacturing processes. They possess low contact resistance and excellent anti-interference capabilities, ensuring stable power transmission even under high-current, long-term continuous operation, fundamentally eliminating welding defects caused by power interruptions.

Today, JINPAT LPT series slip rings are no longer just a component in many welding equipment; they are more like a silent guardian. Hidden within the core of the equipment, they quietly bear the heavy responsibility of power transmission, contributing to the development of modern intelligent manufacturing.
