New product launch! JINPAT LPT slip rings enable medical device innovation with 1700nm optical transmission!

In high-end biomedical research and clinical diagnosis, advanced optical equipment such as multiphoton fluorescence microscopy, optical coherence tomography (OCT), and confocal microscopy systems are constantly pushing the boundaries of our exploration of the microscopic structure of life. The precision of these devices often requires their scanning heads or detection modules to perform multi-dimensional, continuous rotational movements to acquire comprehensive, high-resolution image data.

JINPAT deeply understands this challenge and, leveraging decades of technological accumulation in the field of precision slip rings, has launched its latest LPT000-02S-01FO hollow shaft integrated fiber optic slip ring, designed to overcome the bottleneck of rotating light transmission in medical and high-end industrial optical equipment.

The LPT000-02S-01FOhollow shaft integrated fiber optic slip ring is an integrated slip ring consisting of a hollow shaft and optical fiber. It possesses the following two key features:

1. Fiber Optic Transmission Core: Ensuring Deep, High-Resolution Imaging

The LPT000 utilizes a 1700nm optical window. This wavelength exhibits less scattering in biological tissues, significantly improving imaging penetration depth and speed. Its 200/220μm large-core fiber can carry higher optical power, ensuring stable transmission of excitation sources such as femtosecond lasers. Simultaneously, the fiber optic channel features ≤1dB low insertion loss and ≤0.5dB minute variation, providing extremely stable signal output during device rotation, crucial for obtaining uniform, quantitative images.

2. Hollow Shaft Structure and Electrical Channel: Achieving Compact and Efficient Integration

The product employs a compact hollow shaft design, reserving space for the central optical path or pipeline, enhancing system integration. Its mechanical structure supports high-speed, stable rotation from 0-3000 RPM, meeting the demands of rapid scanning. In addition, the slip ring integrates two DC-70MHz high-frequency electrical signal channels, which can synchronously transmit control or feedback signals to realize an optoelectronic integrated synchronous rotation transmission scheme.

The JINPAT LPT000-02S-01FO hollow shaft integrated fiber optic slip ring is more than just a component; it's a reliable rotating connection partner for building next-generation high-end, high-speed, high-resolution medical imaging equipment.
